When refunds apply

• Operator marks your order failed (UTR not matched / wrong amount).
• Payment received but stock was unavailable at confirm time — we fail the order or replace SKU by agreement.

No refund after reveal

Once codes are revealed on the drop page, the sale is final. Unused codes cannot be returned. This is standard for instant digital delivery.

How to request

Message Telegram @Comeonkilledme with order code + UTR screenshot. Failed payments are reversed to the original UPI account where possible.

Coupons

Coupon discounts reduce the payable amount before QR generation. They are not cash-refundable separately.
